We are seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Professional to join us in the Needs Assessment & Service Coordination (NASC) team based in Tauranga.
You will be joining a small and supportive team that is committed to our mahi, partnering with people and whānau experiencing serious mental health and addiction challenges to have the resources they need to lead inclusive and satisfying lives.
The role will require you to work collaboratively with a range of community services and health providers to develop person-centred recovery plans, and you will be encouraged to lead this shared care approach. You will have the support of the NASC team, Team Leader, and Clinical Lead to achieve this.
The NASC team has a key role in the Hauora ā Toi Bay of Plenty's integrated mental health approach and is delivered regionally across Eastern and Western Bay of Plenty. We enjoy positive relationships with specialist services and the community sector and are active in the development of the Navigate Wellbeing Collective, facilitating the Shared Care pathway, as well as leading the implementation of the Community Support Continuum project.

Ideally you will be an experienced mental health practitioner with a passion for recovery-oriented service delivery, and who is excited about the chances to co-design with others to help ensure we provide this despite the challenges in our environment.
