Here's a glimpse into the diverse responsibilities and conditions of this extraordinary opportunity:
**Equine Enthusiast**: _Time Commitment: 12 hrs/week_
- Care for 4 horses and a pony, including daily feeding (6 days/wk)
- Conduct hoof care and animal husbandry.
- Prepare horses for work; grooming, tacking up and after care.
- Gear and yard cleaning.
- Early morning starts (6 am) required.

Gardening & Farming Maintenance: _Time Commitment: 8-10 hrs/week_
- Assist in developing a large organic vegetable garden with tasks like weeding, sowing, mulching, and pruning.
- Learn about Bio-Dynamic farming practices and working in harmon with Nature
- Contribute to fencing, weed control and stock management.

**Veterinary Assistant**: _Time Commitment: 8-10 hrs/week_
- Welcome clients, manage bookings, and handle orders.
- Maintain cleanliness in the workroom and vehicle.
- Support online presence through posting and marketing initiatives.
- Opportunity to learn from and assist an integrative veterinarian specializing in acupuncture and other modalities.

**Home Maintenance**: _Time Commitment: 2-4 hrs/week_
- Maintain high cleanliness standards in and around the house.
- Manage Airbnb bookings and create a welcoming environment for guests.
- Perform regular housekeeping duties, including vacuuming, mopping, and window cleaning.

**Farm Project Manager Role**: _Time Commitment: 7-8 hrs/week_
- Plan and implement projects in collaboration with the farm owner.
- Develop riding lessons, meditation classes, therapy sessions, and workshops.
- Optional development of skills in event planning, videography, marketing, coaching, and healing sessions.
- Passionate about holistic health for animals and humans.
- Self-motivated, showing initiative and ability to work independently or with a team.
- Physically fit, with a willingness for early morning starts (6 am).
- Committed to high-level care for farm animals and open communication.
- Trustworthy, respectful, adaptable, and willing to learn.
- Possesses a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

**Conditions of Employment**:

- Live-in, full time position with accommodation provided (single bedroom, shared house).
- Shared space with the owner and frequently 1 or 2 Airbnb guests.
- Off-street parking available.
