Reporting to the Global Customer Experience Capability Manager, the role is primarily responsible for developing and building impactful and effective learning solutions which support consistent & effective training, enabling successful outcomes.

That's where you come in

In this role, you'll design and deliver innovative learning programmes for our Appliance Service Technician teams, our Global Support Centre and Global Sales Support teams across our global markets. You'll conduct the learning needs analysis and recommend an innovative and impactful approach, then develop the learning solution, working with multiple stakeholders across the business to collaborate, learn, exchange ideas and develop content and implement the final learning solutions. Once the learning programme is implemented, you will work with the In-market training teams and/or our CEX trainers to ensure successful delivery and ROI of programs.

Developing and implementing new digital training strategies and tools for New Product training and the wider business will also be a key focus. Our future vision is to innovate our training delivery to fully support a digital strategy across our global markets.

So who are you?
- You’ll have a curious mindset partnering with our trusted internal experts getting into the right level of detail to produce relevant and effective training materials.
- You’ll have a strong track record in instructional design with the ability to facilitate global markets.
- Knowledge of training needs analysis
- The ability to think creatively with a good eye for design and presentation.
- Previous experience with video editing and using programs such as Articulate, Vyond and alternative E-learning software
- Solid experience in online and digital design for product training is a bonus (podcasts, videos, etc)
- This is a small tightknit team, and from time to time you may also be required to facilitate training to deliver the best learning outcomes
