A BIT ABOUT THE ROLE...

We are currently recruiting for a Yardperson/Driver to join our Palmerston North team. The Yardperson/Driver is integral to the success of Maycroft Construction. Through effective asset management, safe transportation practices, and diligent adherence to testing and tagging protocols, this role ensures the reliability of equipment, the timely delivery of materials, and the overall safety of our construction operations including getting on the tools when required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure safe transportation of materials
- Assist in construction activities
- Labouring as required
- Maintain compliance with regulations
- Uphold health and safety standards

Key Competencies:

- Relationship management
- Performance excellence
- Time management
- Asset management

Skills & Qualifications:

- Previous construction experience preferred
- Forklift License
- Experience with a telehandler preferred but not essential
