**About the role**

As a forklift driver you will pride yourself on exceptional service to our customers in a timely, professional, and safe manner. This is a fast-paced and physical role where your skills and experience will come in handy to look after the local CARTERS NEW PLYMOUTH community and provide support to the timber yard team.
- Identify the right products quickly and efficiently, assembling and loading customer orders and processing sales documentation within our dry shed, panel and yard store areas.
- Serve customers in the timber yard and bulk store area as well as cycle counting and reporting.
- Load and Unloading product deliveries on-site and monitoring yard stock and product display levels in accordance with safety regulations.

- A real people person with a natural talent for building trust and rapport with our customers.
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience working inwards goods, customer service and sales environment.
- Building Industry knowledge is an advantage.
- Physically fit.
- Full NZ Driver Licence. Forklift (F endorsed).
