**About the Role**

With our Marketing Lead going on maternity leave at the end of March, we’re looking for a Marketing Executive _(if you are a junior marketer but are ready for the next challenge, then keep reading) _who can initially work autonomously to deliver all the established marketing activities during their absence.

Reporting directly to the CEO and working alongside a highly talented in-house Graphic Designer, this role will support our constant growth across international markets. As a custodian of our brand’s tone of voice, this role provides the potential for actively contributing to new marketing initiatives, events and content opportunities behind the execution of our strategy, content messaging and campaign stories.

**Requirements**:
**About You**
- You are a talented marketing advisor ready to take the next step in your career, or you might be a motivated graduate who has already been working in the industry alongside your studies and are ready to jump at the next challenge
- You like taking the initiative, taking ownership of projects and features, and collaborating with others.
- You are great at working with technical and non-technical stakeholders to develop simple and intuitive solutions to problems.
- You enjoy working with a small, close-knit team (you also thrive in an open office environment)
- You love using your initiative and aren’t afraid to voice your opinions or ideas (we encourage this at all times)
- You also are incredibly organised and thrive on the busyness of a marketing role and use your calendar/Slack to keep track of everything (& to keep up to date with all those pesky deadlines)

**Key Requirements**
- 2+ years experience in a marketing role.
- Content creation experience is preferable.
- Strong writing ability and/or copywriting experience and great editing skills.
- Excellent communication skills as you will need to engage with our association partners, staff at our partner schools and industry experts to plan content.
- An excellent understanding of the education sector (particularly the independent school sector). Experience working at an independent school will be favoured.
- The ability to tailor our messaging to appeal to stakeholders such as senior leadership (principals, deputy principals, directors of boarding, pastoral care leaders), parents and school boards.
- The ability to plan and execute strategies with a keen eye for detail.
- A creative mindset to plan and implement content, such as webinars, blog posts, magazine articles, etc.
- An interest in wellbeing and mental health.
- An interest in startups and innovative technology (particularly SaaS).
