**The Role**

Join our dynamic People and Culture team as we seek an enthusiastic and driven Internal Communications Advisor/Coordinator. Reporting directly to the General Manager of People and Culture, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our internal communication strategies, fostering engagement, and amplifying our brand presence.

This is more than a role—it's an opportunity to be a driving force behind our vision of enhancing the construction industry's workplace experience. Your work will instill pride and passion within our teams, ultimately contributing to heightened stakeholder engagement.

**As an Internal Communications Advisor/Coordinator, your responsibilities will encompass a range of strategic and operational tasks**:

- Craft and execute internal communication plans that resonate with our diverse teams.
- Manage our social media presence, keeping our online community informed and engaged.
- Curate and publish our monthly newsletter, delivering exciting updates directly to our employees.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure a unified and compelling brand message.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of communication initiatives, adapting strategies as needed.
- Proven experience in crafting and executing successful internal communication strategies.
- A knack for creating engaging content tailored to different platforms and audiences.
- Strong organisational skills to manage our communication calendar and meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical skills to assess the impact of communication efforts and refine strategies.
