With expertise ranging from HVAC design and project management, through to site inspection and advisory services, they cover all aspects of new construction and retrofit upgrade projects.

**About the role**:

- Accurately and promptly quote jobs for customers, ensuring competitive pricing and meeting customer requirements
- Collaborating with clients to understand their HVAC needs and providing expert advice and recommendations
- Pricing, monitoring and analysing materials, labour and equipment for HVAC projects.
- Work closely with the engineering team and Project Managers to ensure accuracy and completeness of the estimation.
- Ensure project costs, expenditure, quality assurance and timely delivery are met on a project-by-project basis.
- Participate in meetings and provide regular reports to the clients and stakeholders regarding project objectives and completion
- Review project specification, drawings and other relevant documents for scope of work

**About you**:

- You have 7 years experience as an HVAC Estimator
- You'll bring an in-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment and industry practices
- You pride yourself on accurately quoting jobs, analysing project requirements and developing cost-effective solutions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential, to effectively liaise with clients, suppliers and internal teams
- You have exceptional organisation and time management skills, with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously
