Ko tā mātou mahi - Our Role

As Master Data Analyst, you will manage data as the single source of truth, reducing risk, errors and ensuring data integrity. This will be through;
- Proactively driving improvement of VMD process through insights and enhancements
- Use continuous improvement methods to identify and develop a better user experience
- Produce monthly reports to support the Shared Services Leadership Team decision making
- Deliver an efficient and high level of customer support
- Maintain the internal control environment and proactively ensure compliance
- Develop and deliver training and support activities for users and suppliers

Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu - What you will bring
- Diploma in Accounting/Business or equivalent education/experience
- 3+ years' experience in a Vendor Master Data Analyst role, or strong SME knowledge
- High volume experience and ability to manage complex situations having worked within a large Shared Service function
- Strong IT ERP skills with working experience in Oracle
- Strong analytical and computer skills including the use of SQL
- Proven ability to guide and support a team in the delivery of daily activities,
- Project Management and Lean six sigma experience is an advantage
- Experience in delivering learning solutions or experience as a presenter/facilitator
