- ** Your role**: provide both **technical guidance** and **people leadership** to an engineering team in this **newly created role within our Consumer Domain.**:

- ** Our tech stack**:C#,.NET, AWS and Azure.
- Harness your technical expertise to** **support your team in** **building new features and enhancements for **Plexure's cloud platform **which has over **300 million users in 66 markets globally**
- Influence the growth of our Engineer's**: identify opportunities for them to learn, conduct performance reviews and **foster a positive, supportive and collaborative environment to help them succeed.**
- Make your mark on** large scale, back-end projects that allow big brands** **to** **deliver customized offers and product recommendations** for their customers.

**What are we looking for?**
- **B**ack-end development experience with **C#,.NET.**:

- ** A passion for helping people succeed** You'll bring experience** leading engineering teams and supporting their growth.**:

- The ability to** advise on engineering practices and identify ways we can improve.**
- Knowledge of **identity solutions such as IdP's** or protocols including **Auth0 and OpenID **would be a big plus
- Familiarity with** cloud-based solutions **and a desire to work with the **latest technologies on large scale, global projects.**
