- Deploy and run digital services in Azure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Administration of Microsoft 365 and Azure.
- Build, test and maintenance of T+T servers.
- Build, test and maintenance of network infrastructure.
- Create and maintain documentation on infrastructure systems and devices to a high standard.
- Assist with research, implementation and testing of new systems as required.
- Effectively deal with technical escalations from Helpdesk team
- Contribute to robust discussion regarding all aspects of technology and digital services and support policies and processes.
- Be a strong team player and uphold technology and business values, standards, processes and decisions.

**Na tōu rourou | What you'll bring**
- Minimum 3 years' experience in similar role
- Hands on experience in networking including WAN, LAN and SDWAN (Aruba)
- Practical experience of deploying and managing solutions in Azure using IaC (preferably via Terraform)
- Solid knowledge of cloud support, management and deployment technologies like Atlassian JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Visual Studio
- Overall sound knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and Azure
- Knowledge of virtualisation technologies (VMWare)
- Exposure to cybersecurity practices, particularly in relation to Microsoft 365
- Some general knowledge of AWS cloud
- Relevant technical certifications will be looked upon favourably but are not required
- Experience in all Windows Server Operating Systems, Exchange, SQL - installation and maintenance, Microsoft 365 services, LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi networking (Aruba), Backup technologies - Veeam.
- Ability to prioritise effectively and perseverance to achieve goals.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
