**About the role**

Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to manage and coordinate warehouse activities and site operations, ensuring seamless logístical operations. This role oversees warehouse organization, inventory management, site coordination, safety compliance, and overall operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Optimize the warehouse layout to maximize space efficiency and team accessibility.
- Implement efficient inventory storage and retrieval systems.
- Keep precise records of incoming and outgoing shipments and any alterations to the inventory.
- Communicate operational issues, delays, or concerns promptly to management.
- Oversee the safety compliance of the warehouse.
- Perform routine stock counts, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure accurate updates of inventory records.

**Skills & Experience**
- Demonstrate experience in Warehousing and Logistical operations.
- Excellent physical fitness for warehouse-related tasks.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with Warehouse management software and systems.
