The Company

Industry leading in Robotics, Computer Vision, and Process Automation, within the Mechatronics domain, our client drives value for their customers in the Agriculture, Forestry and Process Automation fields.

The Role

You are person who loves delivering through others, recognising Programmes of Work are delivered through the effective leadership of the team and development of their skills and capabilities.

We seek someone who has had 4-5 years in the field working in and around related industries and domains i.e.
- Mechatronics Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Control System Engineering
- Automation Engineering
- Robotics and or
- Electrical or Electronic Engineering

You have made a conscious decision for a leadership role and love leading teams through building collaborative working structures and enjoy being a tech resource to improve and grow the teams troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.

With strengths in Resource Planning, Goal Setting and Performance Management, you work strategically to distil strategic programmes of work into bite sized components and ensure the skills aligned are adequate for the requirements.
