Looking for a challenging and rewarding role in Facilities Management?
As the Facilities Lead you will work closely with leadership to ensure we foster a welcoming and inclusive relationship. The role is office based, Monday to Friday and your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Ensuring that the office is provided with the equipment, supplies, and services necessary for daily operations.
- Managing the office overhead budget and monitoring the financial reports to ensure accuracy.
- Serving as the onsite contact for building management and local vendors or service providers as appropriate.
- Managing reception, mail and courier services, archive storage, as well as reprographics and office pool vehicles, where applicable.
- Ensuring the overall cleanliness, appearance, and functionality of the office, which may necessitate the performance of custodial duties.
- Participate in global initiatives and provide support across networks.
