**So, what's the mission?**

A year post acquisition and we need a **System Integration Engineer** to lead the integration of our business software systems, security and API integrations with our parent company.

In short you are a really important piece of the 'scaling' puzzle. Manage some complex projects that involve multiple departments, teams, and/or vendors. Mitigate security risks, increase efficiency in insight and reporting across all departments, manage API integrations to consolidate all commercial data where meaningful analysis is achievable. Success on these fronts will allow greater transparency of information, rapid decision making and even faster growth potential.

**What's that looks like**:

- Supervision and maintenance of ezyVet's network infrastructure and software systems
- Partnering with the business units to build integrated solutions across ezyVet internal systems into ezyVet data warehouse and IDEXX Veterinary Software Services (VSS) Snowflake
- Project manage said integration solutions with stakeholders and utilise all parties' expertise for best outcomes

IT Project Management
- Ultimate owner of all software systems that ezyVet uses and maintains
- Accountable for the planning and execution of IT projects - I.e., automating process by integrating tools, assisting with software upgrades, deployment of new tooling
- Manage any human resource required for projects
- Manage security, security audits and testing (if required) of all ezyVet internal systems and platforms. This includes regular maintenance on system network and security
- Running and sharing regular operation system reports with senior management layer

IT Integration Management
- Key contributor to progressing tooling integration with IDEXX - adopting, integrating, or deprecating. This includes managing the transition and transformation of ezyVet systems and platforms to become part of or highly integrated with IDEXX over time
- Project manage API connections between systems and platforms, outsourcing if required to get scopes of work quoted and completed in line with budget
- Current API integration projects: Mavenlink, Pipedrive, Xero, Hubspot, Breezy, Bamboo, Gong, Atlassian and Freshdesk. Focus is to push through these integrations to ezyVet data warehouse/VSS Snowflake to enable data analytics via Power BI
- Business partner with various departments to enable their success with using these integrated solutions

**What you will need**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, IT project management or a related field experience
- 5-8 years of essential experience in an IT project management function within a medium to large organization
- Knowledge of how to plan and create integrations between SaaS tooling
- Aptitude for IT security
- Project Management
- Clear & concise communication - communicating up/down
- Knowledge of key SaaS tools used by ezyVet a bonus
