As part of a recent change we have established the new role of Training Lead that sits within Finance Unit. This role will design, deliver and implement financial training programmes across the council, develop and maintain financial training documentation. This role willalso liaise with key stakeholders across Council that provide specialist training that impacts finance, to ensure collaboration and consistency.

This is an important role for the unit so we are looking for someone with previous experience in a training role who can think outside the box to design and deliver training solutions. While we don't expect you to come from a finance background, we need someone who can understand business processes and communicate technical components effectively to ensure successful delivery.
