We have two BMW dealerships that are located in Wairau Valley, Auckland's North Shore and Kaiwharawhara, Wellington. Our dealerships operate as part of the Sime Darby Motors Group which is one of the largest BMW retailers in the world and as such has made a significant investment in New Zealand to ensure customers are given a world-class experience beyond any other.

With the continuous growth of our dealerships, our Auckland dealership is now looking for a seasoned Vehicle Sales Manager to join our sales team. This dealership is one of the newest and biggest BMW dealerships in New Zealand presenting world-class state-of-the-art facility with activities spanning over four levels of dedicated bespoke areas for M-cars, electric iBrand as well as an extensive range of New and Used vehicles for sale.

The key accountabilities in this role include, but not limited to:

- Control the acquisition of all new vehicle stock
- Describing and assessing sales potentials and forecasts
- With the New Vehicle Sales Manager, you will lead and manage a team of 4 Sales Executives, and a Product Genius
- Lead and motivate staff to ensure Continental Cars' standards are met with particular reference to cleanliness, reconditioning, point of sale and general displays.
- Ensure any customer complaints are handled in an effective manner to ensure continuing customer satisfaction

- Have a proven track record in sales as well as leadership within the automotive industry
- Have a great ability to build rapport and relationships with customers

- Have the ability to create forecasts and analyse sales trends
