- Engage with third-party information providers to gather ESG-related information and insights.
- Prepare ESG reports (i.e. UNPRI reporting), presentations, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay informed on local & global sustainability best practices, emerging business trends in sustainability, and upcoming regulations related to climate change and sustainability.
- Assist with the implementation of the climate change risk strategy.
- Support our Investment Operations Specialist when needed.

**What Sets You Apart**

We are a fast-paced, agile, and innovative business that values and rewards effort and outcomes. You will thrive in our business if you are intrinsically motivated to perform, and have a growth mindset, curious and proactive in expanding your knowledge.

What else will help you succeed:

- 2+ years of experience in ESG analysis, sustainable investing, or related field.
- If not direct experience, you would come from a Financial Services background and you would be passionate about environmental sustainability.
- Strong stakeholder management with proven ability to influence effectively at all levels with clear verbal and written communication skills.
- A natural problem solver, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical skills, proficient in working with complex data and identifying trends for reporting.
- Pragmatic mindset.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and functions.

If you are passionate about sustainability, have a strong analytical mindset, and are looking to advance your career in ESG, this opportunity can provide you with a solid foundation for future growth.
