**About the role**
We have an exciting opportunity to join our growing education team as our Operations Education Administrator OR Coordinator. Aged care provides diverse experience in education development, and Ryman's award-winning education programs demonstrate our vision to grow our own and provide care which we believe is good enough for mum or dad. You will be responsible for supporting our village teams in completing education requirements by delivering high quality education resources. You will oversee village communications and support in delivering learning modules, LMS platforms, and PowerBI reporting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating delivery of our village "In-service" education program each month.
- Being responsible for creating new resources and documentation - and delivering and communicating these with our village teams
- Collaborating across village & office teams to provide education solutions and improve education compliance outcomes
- Developing and updating documentation and polices
- Communicating with village teams including course launches, changes in education processes, LMS and reporting support.
- Supporting our Clinical Education Advisor with coordination village student placements
- Collaborating with our education team in continual improvement of village inductions, including survey insights and elearning course reviews.

- You have experience in an administration / coordination role, ideally within L&D / Education or the health sector; your attention to detail is second to none and you have impeccable spelling, grammar and punctuation
