As our Performance Manager you will be responsible for the contract performance management systems effectiveness, creating a strong performance culture within the team and assisting the Contract Management Team to deliver the required outcomes. You will be working at a high level of planning capability and understand the concepts of high performing teams.

You will be at the forefront of promoting positive culture within the teams operational strength and build strong relationship capability. Your day-to-day duties will include;
- Developing and continuously improving our contract systems and processes
- Actively managing and encouraging a collaborative team approach to ensure successful performance between work streams within the Dunedin operations
- Monthly reporting and trend analysis including quality and performance framework reporting
- Lead the development of annual performance framework and relevant performance measures, along with developing processes to monitor and report on them
- Lead by example, driving Zero Harm through operational excellence
- Actively manage quality compliance across the contract

- Have excellent interpersonal skills A tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, or Performance Management would be highly advantageous
