We’re looking for someone with a passion for privacy and security to join our collaborative, cross-functional Operations team.

You will be responsible for supporting data privacy & information security efforts including the following:

- Collaborate across Joyous to support us along our privacy & security journey
- Communicate with customers pre & post-sale about Joyous’s data privacy and information security posture, data integrations & other technical requirements
- Be involved in all things privacy & security at Joyous, including compliance, risk, incidents and policies
- Manage privacy & security projects
- Identify & develop automations for repetitive processes.
- Participate as a cross-functional member of the Operations team

You’ll be working in a hands on role across both technical and non-technical privacy and security focus areas.

Our software starts conversations that drive change at work. Joyous gathers the expertise of the team through conversations, identifies actionable themes and then utilises this feedback to help organisations solve the their biggest challenges. All of this happens in our conversational web app.

**Requirements**:

- Project management skills
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams & various internal & external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding organisational skills.
- You will enjoy staying up to date with the latest international trends, key insights, frameworks and approaches that will shape the future of cybersecurity.

**Preferred but not necessary**:

- Working knowledge of privacy & information security standards, concepts, principles & frameworks, e.g. CCPA, GDPR, SOC 2, ISO, NIST.
- Knowledge of applicable security products and technologies, e.g. DLP, MDM, IDS/IPS, SIEM, vulnerability management, cloud security, security questionnaire & compliance automation.
- Hold or working towards a privacy or security certification, e.g. CISP, CIPM.
- Experience in a SaaS business.
- DevOps, ITOps, SecurityOps, BA, Software engineering, Project management background.
