We are a four star plus hotel we are 5 minutes from Auckland International Airport. We are helping New Zealand as an MIQ (quarantine facility) whilst creating an experience of genuine hospitality, care, and excellent service for guests.

**We are looking for 2 fixed-term part-time Room Attendants or Houseman for our Housekeeping Department to work WEEKENDS ONLY**
To be successful you must be willing to learn all areas of the housekeeping department. Primarily you will be responsible for servicing guest rooms, assisting with laundry work, as well as the cleaning of public areas and offices. From time to time you may be called on to assist in other departments. Full training will be provided The Houseman is primarily responsible for assisting the Housekeeping Department with lifting/carrying tasks, moving linen and other goods and equipment as well as assisting with cleaning tasks. Shifts are rostered and usually start at 8am and finish early to mid afternoon. The shifts available are to cover weekends only, students who just wish to work 1 shift (Saturday or Sunday) or both days per week are welcome to apply.

**To be considered for this role**:

- Ideally you have some experience in a similar position; however, experience as a Room Attendant is not essential as full training will be provided.
- You must be available to work from 8am for around 5-7 hours per day.
- You have high attention to details and have exemplary customer service skills.
- You are hardworking and able to handle a physical role “on your fee” all day.
- You are eager to learn and develop your career in the hospitality industry.
- You must be fully vaccinated.
- Willing to undergo daily RAT test for Covid-19 (provided on-site).
- You must be comfortable learning and working within strict health and safety processes and procedures, including wearing PPE for most of your work day.
