**Stay up to date with market trends, innovations and competition and suggest ways to improvise business**:

- **Help the Managers in planning a cost-effective advertisement strategy, as and when required, and deciding upon any in store and external promotional**:

- **Ensuring that proper duties & responsibilities have been delegated to staff during your shift**:

- **Checking the Stock in hand, ensuring there are no out of stock situations during and after your shifts**:

- **To handle customer complaints with courtesy and where necessary pass them on to the Managers**:

- **Maintaining healthy relationship with suppliers and customers**:

- **To report all accidents, injuries and incidents to the Managers as soon as practicable but no later than the end of your shift**:

- **Maintaining computerized system to record sales figures, for data analysis and forward planning**:

- **Promoting staff & yourself to advice customers for the use of the products available**:

- **Taking precaution to prevent theft or damage to the company’s property**:

- **Placing orders with the suppliers as and when required**:

- **To sign off the till and EFTPOS terminal at the end of the shift ensuring that all required reports are completed**:

- **To prepare the site for opening/closing as per Company policy**:

- **Monitoring & reporting any suspicious activities to the Manager**:

- **To adhere to all health, safety and security procedures established on site**:

- **As soon as practicable after the beginning of each shift, the appropriate tasks are undertaken such as replenishing stock, replenishing oil wipe dispensers**:

- **To serve the customers in store & on forecourt**:

- **To check in any incoming stock against packing slip/invoice and record as “Goods in”**:

- **To minimize and report all drive off’s and accidents that take place in the business**:

- **To be prepared to work overtime and take additional responsibilities as required by the Managers**:

- **Must report any damaged equipment. The Managers must be informed immediately of any pumps that are out of order**:

- **To train other employees as directed by the Manager/Owner**
**And any other duties as may be required from time to time**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $21.50 - $23.00 per hour
