**TREATMENT SUPERVISOR**
**BORON TREATMENT PLANT**

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Treatment Supervisor.

This is a dayshift role and will oversee the safe day to day operations of our Boron Treatment Plant which runs a four shift operation.

Key tasks and skills required include:

- Knowledge of HSNO requirements for treatment plants
- Knowledge of treatment standards
- Experience with pressure/vacuum processes
- Daily supervision and leadership including ensuring manning levels and roster
- requirements are met.
- Monitoring the treatment process, minimising downtime and ensuring the plant is
- running to schedule.
- Assisting with the flow of stock in and out of the treatment plant.
- Ensure that supply of preservative/tools/parts/consumables are stocked.
- That production equipment is maintained in good order.
- Leading safety training, skill development and overall team performance

Excellent communication skills and initiative are essential to be successful in this role.

This is an internal process and a drug test will be required for internal transfers.
