**This is a brand new role for a passionate Health, Safety & Wellbeing professional to make their mark driving a positive change in the Health, Safety & Wellbeing (HS&W) culture.**

**What you will be doing | Ngā whāinga matua**

You will be developing and delivering organisational-wide consistent, robust, and methodical training, from a range of training activities including onboarding and induction through to role-specific activity-based training. Working with external training providers you will ensure the quality and appropriateness of training delivery, as well as developing effective methods for capturing training records.

**What you will bring | Ngā tino pūkenga me ngā wheako**

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

- A formal qualification in HSE discipline to at least NZQA Level 4
- Train the trainer qualification or equivalent experience of delivering in-house training to a variety of audiences such as field-based staff, business leaders and managers,
- An Adult Education certificate or equivalent work experience in facilitation and presentation.,
