Our Opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Legal Counsel. In this role you will support, partner and influence our global business, providing commercial advice, covering corporate, legal, and regulatory matters from data protection and privacy to technology licensing and intellectual property. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely commercial advice to the business in relation to a variety of corporate, legal and regulatory matters including but not limited to:
- Technology licensing and intellectual property- Data protection/privacy- Identifying and mitigating legal risk to the business- Contracts, third party agreements, vendor supplier relationships- Environmental, social and corporate governance.

We are looking for:
- Strong contractual drafting skills- Ability to distil complicated legal concepts- Understanding of key intellectual property concepts and experience in licensing- Knowledge of key privacy concepts including issues arising from cross-border data flows- Demonstrated experience in developing compliance frameworks- 7+ years Post Qualified Experience- Proven experience working for leading private practice law firms and/ or in-house- Flexibility to work after hours on occasion to meet global commitments.
