Senior IT Systems Engineering Advisor
- SENIOR IT SYSTEMS ENGINEERING ADVISOR_

Reporting to the VP of Infrastructure Services, you will design, implement, and maintain enterprise technology solutions for Sedgwick in the APAC Region. You will maintain operations and build efficiencies in the technology of assigned spheres of influence, research and resolve escalated issues from global IT colleagues.

- Identifies and drives architectural improvements and standardization for the IT environment in Office 365, AzureAD and Active Directory.
- Designs, implements, and maintains systems lifecycle management, security, resiliency, and performance of production and non-production environments with no management supervision.
- Initiates and drives lifecycle management and capacity planning for infrastructure across the entire organization.
- Provides 3rd tier technical support as necessary.
- Seeks out and remediates security vulnerabilities.
- Responds to SOC Audit, ISO Audit, and Internal Audit requests for log data or policy enforcement as needed.
- Designs business continuity and disaster recovery solutions and leads planning and testing activities.
- Create and run PowerShell scripts to increase system efficiency and lower human intervention time on tasks.
- Reviews and approves vendor invoices for manager.
- Develop and update IT documentation.
- About you_:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
- Ten (10) years of related experience designing, implementing, and maintaining technology infrastructure.
- Strong Analytical and interpretive skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Experience dealing with Internal Audit requests
- Experience and confidence in dealing with IT Security requests
- Ability to provide 3rd tier technical support to IT ServiceDesk colleagues for escalations
- Ability to create and run PowerShell scripts.
- Skills with vLookup in Microsoft Excel and the ability to merge and manipulate data for reports.
