As our District Manager, you will play an integral role in ensuring the continued success and expansion of our Pest Management Services within our commercial client base. The successful applicant will have a team leadership experience and will thrive in an environment where they are tasked with upskilling and coaching a team of Pest Technicians.

This is an exciting opportunity for a customer centric manager to own customer relationships and negotiations with market leading companies within Food Manufacturing, Universities, Hospitality and Aged Care clients.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Full ownership of the P&L
- Coach, upskill and create succession plans for a team of Pest Service Specialists
- Conduct business review meetings across customer accounts, taking responsibility for pricing and contractual negotiations
- Build and maintain key customer relationships to drive business growth
- Support sales growth through effective operational planning along with team workforce planning
- Work closely with the sales team to identify and scope new business opportunities
- Be an advocate of OH&S policies and regulations to ensure a safe working environment
- An excitement and passion for offering tailored customer solutions and a passion for customer service excellence
- A background in a service-related industry
- A track record of financial management including management of a P&L
- An advocate for safety in the workplace
- Experience leading and creating an engaged team
