- Working knowledge of payroll related employment legislation
- Ability to work quickly and accurately ad meet tight deadlines
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to positively resolve all customer queries and issues
- Detailed oriented with excellent verbal and written skills

**Answer Yes; Then we have a great opportunity for a Payroll Manager contract role**
**Note**:This is a contract role for a Payroll Manager for a minimum of 8 weeks. In the role you will be responsible for the end-to-end payroll process.
Ideally you will be available immediately, or on short notice.
The initial scope of work will focus on, but is not limited to:
**Specific Duties and Responsibilities**
- Provide effective and accurate payroll services, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of the payroll, contractor reimbursements and related activities.
- Managing all payroll records and reporting
- Dealing with all payroll queries
- Ensure payroll service delivery is compliant with relevant legislation and organisational policy, process, and employment agreements.
**Skills, Experience, and Education**
- CA desirable but not essential
- Able to work autonomously
- Excellent employee legislation knowledge
- Proficient payroll process skills across all aspects of data within Datacom payroll system
- Reporting from Datacom
- Ad-hoc support to P&C on employee content/reports
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Proven ability in using technology systems (particularly Excel at an expert level) to complete complex tasks.
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of NAV or equivalent (preferred but not essential)
