**About the role**
The technical name for this position is "Dispenser Technician". The core responsibility of the role is to install, calibrate, service and maintain dispensing equipment at customer plants. It will also involve assistance to customers in relation to field trials, product training and managing customer complaints. if you have hands on maintenance experience working in the concrete and/or plumbing or even electrical sectors you will have transferable skills that will be relevant to this role.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

- Arrange installation of equipment in accordance with site requirements
- Monitor and maintain equipment including coordination of breakdown servicing and calibrations
- Document breakdowns and ensure action in a timely manner
- Assist in routine and simple repairs of site plant equipment

**About the person**
Ideally you will have worked in a similar dispenser technician role or will be experienced in a maintenance role working in the concrete, plumbing and/or electrical industries. You will have proven ability to provide superior customer service and build strong relationships with internal and external customers. Ideal attributes and skills sought after:
