**What will you do?**

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Christchurch based team and partner with our Construction teams to make a meaningful difference through the use of Technology This role is key in delivering huge business efficiencies into a rapidly growing business. An entrepreneurial mindset, tenacity and the passion to make change will be key, combined with the presence and credibility to take people with you on the journey.

You will be the voice of the Technology team working closely with many facets of the business operations. The core of the role is identifying opportunities for systems improvement, identifying the pain points, and creating compelling strategies/solutions that add tangible value.

Key responsibilities include:

- Build relationships with key stakeholders to understand business needs and opportunities that may be resolved by process and technology initiatives. Work with stakeholders to prioritise and build roadmaps for future work.
- Gather critical information from stakeholders to determine business
capabilities, produce useful insights and evaluate outcome requirements, objectives or problem context. Effectively communicate insights, ideas, findings and plans to cross-functional team members and management. Clearly identify the business value and convey the intent of the new product or product release to all stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops and complete analysis to evaluate business capabilities, anticipate requirements and uncover areas for improvement and develop optimization strategies.
- Assist in the development of the Business Analysis skills by mentoring other team members through coaching, developing and delegation.
