This position is situated within Hauora Hokianga and is physically located in the Rawene GP Clinic. This role is based on the Behavioural Health Consultancy (BHC) model, which has been piloted and developed for the New Zealand setting. As a HIP you will be supported by specialist training, which has been specifically developed to support the Healthcare Teams working in the Te Tumu Waiora model. Our HIP's also provide peer support to each other, interact regularly through team meetings and Line Manager support.
