**Training Coordinator**:

Contribute to the development of all our ABB blue collar, corporate and temporary employees at our Napier site. You’ll be across it all - inductions for new hires, conducting training gap analysis, creating and documenting individual training plans and coordinating and recording internal and external trainings. There’s also the opportunity to deliver our global company trainings using our modern resources and materials. Work closely with our production management team to plan and coordinate training in accordance with our Production Skills Matrix and contribute to quarterly employee skill review meetings. You’ll work in collaboration with People and Capability, our business managers, employees, our ABB global training center and external training providers. Utilise your training experience and take ownership of this interesting role.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Preparing and updating training plans based on training needs in coordination with Business Managers. Keeping all relevant stakeholders informed on updated training plans
- Ensuring availability of latest training materials in collaboration with Production, HR and global training teams
- Working with all stakeholders to identify and develop trainers for specific processes/topics
- Collaboration with the local People and Capability team to ensure all the trainings are conducted as per plan
- Collecting and managing documentation related to the trainings provided
- Managing and updating the Training Matrix and Production Skills Matrix to record trainings provided and skill level of production staff
- Ensuring all newly joined production employees, both ABB and Temporary, are inducted as per relevant training plan and records kept of these inductions
- Coordinating with HR & Administration to support and coordinate all external trainings

**Your background**:

- Previous Training experience, ideally working with people from different cultures and learning styles.
- Must have some industry background ideally in manufacturing
- Ability to work in a team environment and to be able to work with mínimal supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office specifically Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to build and develop excellent relationships at all levels and strong attention to detail
- Hold or be willing to undertake formal courses on training
