**What you’ll be doing**
Chorus has been going through a significant digital transformation and we’re now in in a position provide competitive fibre access to a larger population. We've launched Salesforce as a key tool to elevate our customers’ experience.

Reporting to the Portfolio Architect for Customer and Fulfilment, you will be responsible for the development and enhancement of Chorus’ broadband, network, and business products. As a Senior Solution Architect, you will be leading, designing features and owning the end-to-end architecture of our business outcomes.

Other responsibilities include:

- **Architectural Leadership** - Establishing and maintaining effective professional relationships with stakeholders to deliver design and architectural leadership personally and through the team.
- **Technology Initiatives and Projects** - Delivering end-to-end Salesforce solutions through an agile delivery squad including Fulfilment, Assurance, Billing and Reporting.
- **Governance and Standards** - Aligning designs to Chorus’s policy, standards, and guidelines, as well as aligning with architectural roadmaps.
- **Stakeholder Management - **building relationships and collaborating with internal stakeholders including product managers, the wider architect team, platform teams, business analysis and testers.

Given the depth of knowledge that’s required in this role, your working Salesforce knowledge as a Solution Architect will be critical to your success. With partnership and collaboration being the centre of your work, your ability to influence and manage stakeholders will be a treasured asset.

We work in an Agile delivery (Epics & Features) model therefore your exposure to this way of working would be desirable.
