You are CA or CPA qualified Senior Manager with solid background in business advisory services in the context of multi-partner firm. You have proven team and client relationship management competencies and experience. Your technical skills are equally strong in both compliance accounting and tax and consulting.

You are keen to expand your technical scope and develop further your competencies in new areas (such as due diligence or business valuations, for example). You are likely to be working in a sizeable mid-tier or a big 4 firm in the city and would benefit from a move closer to home on Auckland's North Shore.

You are looking to take that decisive step in your professional career on the way to becoming an equity director, probably in the next 5 years.

- Team management
