**To be successful you will have**:
- End to end recruitment experience in a high-volume environment (min 2 years.)
- A passion for recruitment and how it impacts an organisation.
- An ability to build rapport quickly and establish effective working relationships.
- Hands on experience using and administering an ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information and ideas to different audiences.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Can-do attitude and ability to learn quickly.
