The opportunity:
As a Leading Hand within our Palmerston North Planned Maintenance Team, you will support the Planned Maintenance Team in completing jobs in a profitable and efficient manner whilst complying with all appropriate legislation, company policies and procedures and industry best practice.

In addition to the above you will:

- Undertake planned road maintenance
- Oversee repairs on kerb, channel, footpaths and carriageways
- Other general planned maintenance repairs and tasks

To be successful in this role, you will:

- Experience within a civil construction/road maintenance environment
- Full class 2 licence with WTR
- Good time management skills and the ability to follow procedures, instructions, plans and schedules
