**About the role**

Our Projects & Real Estate department is growing. We are looking for a talented Senior Associate (or Senior Associates) to join the Wellington team, led by David Chisnall and Toni Forrest. We have a friendly and supportive team.

Our Wellington Projects & Real Estate team works on some of the most significant and exciting commercial real estate and infrastructure transactions and projects in New Zealand. The team advises clients on a broad range of development, construction and infrastructure projects, as well as advising on acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, commercial leasing matters and other property related matters.

We are looking for an experienced lawyer who have both the drive and ambition to get things done and the personal qualities to fit in well with a team and client base that enjoy working together and making a difference

**Experience and qualifications**
- 7 or more years of relevant post-qualification experience (but we are open to considering those with the right experience but less years)
- Ability to get on well with others, whether the team, firm, clients or others,
- Ability to lead client relationships and workstreams and also work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good commercial judgment.
