Our client has recently won several major projects on top of their existing portfolio of work and as a result, they now require an experienced Site Foreman to join their team.

In this role, reporting to the Project Manager, your day-to-day tasks will include all types of general Carpentry works, specifically in commercial new builds. You will read and interpret plans and specifications, making adjustments where necessary, working with sub-contractors while over seeing a small team of quality Tradesmen. Regular progress will be provided to the Project Manager.

**Ideally for this position you will have**:

- Proven Industry Experience of at least 5 years in Carpentry
- Trade Qualified
- Fantastic work ethic and standards
- Excellent communication skills
- Great attention to detail
- Strong Health & Safety practices
- Experience leading a small team
