**Marketing Automation Analyst**

**Here's what you'll do in this job**:

- Work collaboratively with wider CVM team to identify opportunities for continuous improvement on existing and new CVM programmes of work.
- Manage the timely and accurate delivery of customer interactions (right offer, message, time, channel, etc)
- Support campaign performance evaluation and optimisation through in-depth testing and analysis
- Ensure all campaigns adhere to quality control processes (e.g. list selections/exclusions, compliant with all privacy and other legislation, contact rules, etc)
- Foster an inclusive workplace by placing value on diversity and individual differences and communicating often and openly

**Show us your different sides too**:
You will have at least 2 year's + hands on experience in Marketing Automation using MA tools like (UNICA, Adobe CM, Salesforce Mktg Cloud, BRAZE), experience in data analytical technologies, analytical and problem-solving skills and project management and prioritisation skills. You will be able to deliver analytical to non-technical audiences through clear, engaging story telling/presentations.

Lastly, you will have excellent interpersonal skills with sound judgment and the ability to develop effective working relationships at all levels of the organisation
