**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Property Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing the residential properties (CBD Apartments) portfolio of 80+ properties depending on level of experience. Your responsibilities will include:

- Building Relationships: Develop and maintain strong business relationships with property owners and tenants.
- Lease Negotiations: Conduct lease negotiations with property owners and tenants to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Maintenance Coordination: Obtain quotations and arrange repairs and maintenance promptly.
- Inspections and Reporting: Conduct regular property inspections and produce detailed reports for property owners.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Experience: 1 year or more in property management.
- Communication Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills in both written and spoken English. Mandarin fluency is a must due to a Mandarin-speaking tenant base.
- Customer Focus: A commitment to delivering excellent customer service and building strong relationships.
- Tech Savvy: Intermediate knowledge of MS Word/Excel, Outlook, and general IT literacy.
- Independence and Pressure Handling: Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure with clients and management.
- Attention to Detail: Pay strong attention to details and go the extra mile to ensure quality service.
