Position: Seasonal Surfacing Worker

**Job Description**:
Join our team as a seasonal surfacing team member and contribute to the construction and maintenance of our southern roading network. This seasonal position offers an opportunity to work outdoors, gain hands-on experience in construction, and be part of a dedicated team committed to quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing surfaces. transportation and handling of materials, and help construction activities including chipsealing, asphalting and rejuvenation of carriageways.

Operation of hand tools, small machinery, and potentially larger equipment as required.

**Skills**:Physical fitness to perform strenuous tasks and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Attention to detail and willingness to learn and follow instructions.

Basic communication skills to understand and execute tasks effectively.

Additional Requirements:
Valid driver's license (Preferably Class 2 or higher).

Availability for overtime and weekend work as required.
