**Job Description**:
The Environment and Energy (E&E) group provides engineering design and technical advisory services for a diverse range of customers across the power, resources, industrial, government and oil and gas sectors.

As an Electrical and Controls Engineer, your day-to-day tasks may include, but are not limited to:
+ Conceptual and detailed engineering design of electrical and controls systems

+ Electrical equipment selection

+ Production of electrical drawings (with CAD support)

+ Specification writing

+ Construction contract document writing

+ Construction monitoring and site inspections

+ Development of P&IDs, functional descriptions, instrument loop diagrams, cables and IO schedules

+ PLC systems and communications

+ Commissioning of new electrical and controls equipment

**Qualifications**:
**You will be able to demonstrate**:
+ Appropriate tertiary qualification (Bachelor of Electrical or Controls Engineering or similar)

+ 2+ years’ relevant professional experience

+ Site experience/experience in projects being constructed and commissioned

+ Strong oral and written English communication skills;
+ report, specification, and construction contract writing

+ development of proposals
