Our business is going through significant growth, as we look to protect more ASB customers. As such, we are looking for experienced Insurance Managers to join our team of professional advisers looking after our Retail Banking customers in the **Christchurch** region.

**Ō pūkenga | About you**:
In this role, you will act with care, skill and diligence to offer insurance advice and solutions to our ASB customers. Your strong industry knowledge of Life Insurance products, business development experience and managing stakeholder relationships will be key to your success. Your ability to foster a deep understanding of our customers drivers and values, as well as a high level of presentation and relationship building skills are also key.

This role is predominantly Tuesday to Saturday, but does provide some flexibility as it also requires a level of flexibility when it comes to providing customer service excellence, which may require work outside of normal business hours. You may also be required to travel within your allocated region to accommodate the requirements of our valued customers.

As part of your role as an Insurance Manager you will be required to hold a professional qualification. We do require you be holding or working towards a National Certificate, Level 5, Insurance Stream.
