**Ngā mōhiohio e pā ana ki tēnei mahi (About this position)**
The Nurse Educator Paediatric services is a key member of both the Paediatric and Workforce Development teams. Although based at Wairau Hospital in Blenheim this role will also provide support for other areas in the organisation.
A large component of this role will be ensuring that clinical quality systems are in place within and across our nursing services to enhance care delivery.
You hours of work will be between 0600 to 1900, Monday to Friday.
**Ko wai he kaitono tōtika? (Who is an appropriate applicant?)**
You will be an experienced, resilient, and adaptable senior registered nurse with a current practicing certificate and substantial paediatric and neonatal nursing experience. You will have excellent communication and engagement skills, and you will have demonstrated your ability to teach adults in both formal and informal setting. You will ideally have a current Expert portfolio and a Certificate in Adult Teaching Level 4. Masters of Nursing level post graduate education or working towards is essential.
