As we improve we are seeking a talented and creative Retail Space Planner to join our team and help us optimise our store environments.

**Job Description**:
We are looking for high performing, analytical Space Planner to join our Planning Team. Fast-paced with lots of scope, you’ll work with a passionate and experienced team to provide space planning support to our teams.

As a member in this team you will be responsible for balancing ranging decision against stock holding, strategy, replenishment efficiency, factoring in location availability and delivering the right space plans for our stores and visual merchandising teams to bring our products and displays to life

Your responsibilities will include:

- Developing and implementing innovative store layouts that maximise space utilisation and enhance customer experience.
- Analysing data and market trends to make informed decisions on space planning.
- Creating effective merchandising plans that align with product categories, promotions, and seasonal changes.
- Make sure all layouts adhere to safety regulations and company standards.

**Qualifications**:
With a curious mind for ‘how we can do better’, you are passionate about diving into the data and uncovering insights through sound analysis plus understanding retail pain points and contributing towards building solutions. Our ways of working will see you extensively work cross-functionally hence your collaboration skills will be top notch, coupled with the customer-centric lens and approach you bring to work every day.

We are looking for someone ideally with:

- Proven space planning experience
- Strong understanding of retail design principles, spatial planning, and commercial outcomes.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales and margin data to make informed decisions.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Inquisitive and curious nature
- Highly resilient and adaptable working in our fast-paced dynamic environment
