**About the role**:
You will work closely with the Aquatics Manager and assist to lead all aquatics teams across our network of 10, and growing to 11, aquatic facilities.

To ensure the success of our aquatics facilities, you will be responsible for maximising the utilisation of our centres through the delivery of high quality aquatic services. You will be researching and future proofing our business, looking at trends and ensuring we are agile and our direction is current.

You will understand our customers' needs, develop and implement initiatives that improve safety, increase participation, increase revenue and lower operating costs. As you look to the future of what our services can provide, you will continually monitor, evaluate and implement best business practice and enhance the aquatic experience for our customers.

**About you**:

- You will need a strong leadership background in aquatics, be personable, and have a passion for people.
- As you work across our network and with industry bodies, you will demonstrate your natural relationship building skills.
- Previous experience in a leadership role in the recreation, sporting or local government industry is highly desirable including experience in an aquatics or pool environment.
