- Check stock levels and order correctly ensuring rotation to minimise wastage.
- Monitor and order bar and food supplies.
- Make sure deliveries are all checked in correctly and documentation is correct.
- Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the bar areas, food caravan and brewery is kept to a high standard.
- Supervise the daily operations of the bar when rostered as the manager on shift.
- Food preparation and cooking

Applicants ideally would have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar position, hold a Duty manager’s certificated be familiar with food preparation
