Role overview
- This is an outstanding opportunity to work alongside a team of dedicated professionals that are some of the best in their field. This role is ideally suited to a career minded and ambitious Senior Associate who is looking for that unique opportunity to prove what they can do and then be rewarded for it.

To be successful in this role you will be seeking an opportunity where you can make a positive contribution to the development and strategic direction of a practice. In this role you will be working with both Property and Commercial Partners serving private clients, large developers and construction companies. You will currently be working at a senior level and aspire to become Partner within a relatively short timeframe. As a valued member of this well-established practice, located in modern offices, you will receive all the support you need from the senior management team.

To be successful in this role you will currently be a specialist in:

- Commercial contracts;
- Property transactions; and
- Leases.

Some Trust and Asset Planning experience would be advantageous.

- Selection criteria
- With a close-knit and collegiate team in place, you will be confident in running your own caseload.

You will:

- Be very capable of working on complex Commercial and Property transactions;
- Have experience in mentoring junior staff; and
- Have an existing client base, or have experience in growing an existing client base.
