**About the role**

Join our vibrant team at Ferntech as a Retail Sales consultant (part time). In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and expert product knowledge to our customers in the exciting fields of drones and photography. As a part-time position, this role offers the flexibility to balance your work and study/ personal commitments.

**What you'll be doing**
- Assisting customers with product selection and purchases of drones, cameras, and related accessories
- Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of the latest products and features
- Providing friendly and knowledgeable guidance to help customers find the perfect solution for their needs
- Ensuring the sales floor is well-stocked, organised, and visually appealing
- Providing excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience

**What we're looking for**
- Someone available to work a minimum of 4 hours on a Saturday, along with occasional midweek hours on a flexible basis (this role would suit a student with a flexible schedule)
- Experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably within the technology or photography sector, but not essential.
- Ability to learn quickly to acquire strong product knowledge and enthusiasm for the latest developments in drones, cameras, and related accessories
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and provide expert advice
- A passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently
